What bills can I pay at Check Cashing USA?
You can pay hundreds of billers in store, including utility, phone, cable and internet providers such as AT&T, T-Mobile, DISH Network, DirecTV, Charter and Capital One. We also take Miami-Dade parking and traffic ticket payments.
How long does a bill payment take to post?
Your payment is sent electronically the same day. How quickly it posts depends on the biller — most apply it within one to two business days. You leave the store with a printed receipt as proof of payment.
What do I need to bring to pay a bill?
Bring the bill or your account number and the amount you want to pay. No bank account is required and you do not need to be an existing customer.
How do I buy a money order?
Ask any associate at one of our 32 South Florida locations. Tell them the amount you need, pay for it, and your Western Union® money order is printed on the spot. A fee may apply.
Do you cash money orders?
Yes. We cash money orders as well as sell them. Bring the money order and a valid government-issued photo ID. A fee may apply.
Do I need a bank account to pay bills or buy money orders?
No. Neither service requires a bank account. Walk into any branch, bring a valid photo ID, and our associates will take care of the rest.
Do you have an ATM in the store?
Yes. Participating locations have an in-store ATM so you can withdraw cash while you take care of everything else. Standard ATM fees apply.
Can I send a fax or make copies at Check Cashing USA?
Yes. Participating locations send and receive faxes and make high-quality copies at competitive prices — handy when you do not have a machine at home or in your office.
Do I need an appointment for notary services?
No appointment is needed. Bring your unsigned document and a valid government-issued photo ID, and a licensed notary public will witness your signature. Call ahead to confirm a notary is on duty at your branch.
Can I add air time to my prepaid phone?
Yes. Tell an associate your phone number and carrier, pay the amount you want, and the air time is added to your prepaid phone before you leave the store.
Can I pay a Miami-Dade parking or traffic ticket here?
Yes. Bring your citation or the ticket number and we will process the payment in store, the same way we handle any other bill.
Are all of these services available at every location?
Most services are offered at all 32 of our South Florida branches, but some — notary, currency exchange and the CoinFlip Bitcoin ATM among them — are available at participating locations only. Call your nearest branch to confirm before you visit.
